Meet Reentry Specialist Tyler Ladd! His favorite part of the job is seeing families reunited as their loved ones reenter the community.

Ladd currently works with the Community Corrections Center - Lincoln population, but has also served at the Omaha Correctional Center, Reception and Treatment Center and Work Ethic Camp.

As a reentry specialist, his goal is to continue growing and taking every opportunity to learn. Cpl. Moles is regarded as a dedicated and highly adaptable teammate, consistently going above and beyond in his duties. On top of that, those on his team say he’s a positive person who sets an excellent example for those around him. He was selected as the Employee of the Month at the Reception and Treatment Center (RTC).

Intentional Peer Support (IPS) is a program that encourages individuals with similar life experiences to walk alongside each other in supportive relationships.

Last year, IPS specialists held more than 2,000 one-on-one sessions with their peers. Talk about using your skills and experiences to make a difference!
