This session allowed team members to explore each other’s strengths. Knowing each other's strengths creates the opportunity to have a positive relationship amongst each other, by understanding each other’s communication and thought process. The Work Ethic Camp Employee Activity Committee hosted their Candy Grams where teammates had the opportunity to show their appreciation to one another with a candy bar. Every year, the Work Ethic Camp (WEC) is proud to partner with Bison Days, an annual two-day event in McCook where organizations and community members share skills, hobbies and interests with community youth.

High school students who chose to visit WEC were able to tour the facility and learn about its mission, operations and opportunities available. Several incarcerated individuals volunteered to share with the students about the skills they have developed to have a successful reentry to their communities. #TRANSFORMNebraskaRead more
