Omaha Correctional Center’s operations division was honored to have the opportunity to attend a Clifton Strengths training session. This session allowed team members to explore each other’s strengths. Knowing each other's strengths creates the opportunity to have a positive relationship amongst each other, by understanding each other’s communication and thought process. WEC: McCook Bison Days

Every year, the Work Ethic Camp (WEC) is proud to partner with Bison Days, an annual two-day event in McCook where organizations and community members share skills, hobbies and interests with community youth.

High school students who chose to visit WEC were able to tour the facility and learn about its mission, operations and opportunities available.
