Lincoln Correctional Center's Corporal Card and Case Manager Sherwood are the two lucky contestants who were selected by their teammates to Raise It To Shave It in an effort to raise money for Nebraska's United Way.

Corporal Card says he's had his beard for two and a half years now.

Case Manager Sherwood's has had his beard for four years!

Both say the fundraiser was a fun, exciting and yet anxious event for them as they said goodbye to their facial hair for a good cause.

Both men say they love beards and plan on growing them back starting tomorrow!

Thank you LCC!
