Volunteers, Tyrone Beasley and Lucas Perez-Leahy, from Rose Theater worked with students in the drama class at the Nebraska Correctional Youth Facility from July through September.

The class concluded with students performing an original work they created and practiced.

The play focused on expression of what their current life looks like and the promises they're making to themselves to change for a better tomorrow. Participants also shared original poetry during their performance.
