January 5, 2023 (Lincoln, Neb.) – An inmate who went missing from the Community Corrections Center – Lincoln (CCC-L) has been arrested in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Danielle Zelazny #392919 was taken into custody yesterday when the vehicle she was driving was stopped by a state trooper for having an expired registration. January 4, 2023 (Lincoln, Neb.) – An inmate who went missing from the Community Corrections Center – Lincoln (CCC-L) has been arrested in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Keith Duckett #213082 was taken into custody yesterday evening and transported to the Pottawattamie County Jail. He disappeared on December 16, 2022 when he failed to return to CCC-L from his job in the community.

January 3, 2022 (Tecumseh, Neb.) – An inmate at the Tecumseh State Correctional Institution (TSCI) assaulted several staff members on Monday, January 2, 2023. One staff member received a serious injury* requiring treatment at a local hospital.

December 22, 2022 (Lincoln, Neb.) – An inmate at the Reception and Treatment Center (RTC) assaulted a staff member, resulting in a serious* injury. The incident happened on December 20, 2022 inside a pantry office located on the unit.
