Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) team members gathered with individuals from outside agencies for a presentation given by Franklin Covey’s Todd Davis on April 21. Franklin Covey is a global company specializing in professional performance improvement. Davis spoke about lessons from his book, Get Better, which provides readers with 15 proven practices to build effective relationships at work. “Greatness lies within everyone,” Davis reminded listeners. IN THE SPOTLIGHT: Unit Manager Cheryl Bicknase speaks with a central control corporal at the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women (NCCW). Bicknase has been with the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) since 2007.
