At NDCS, we’re always looking for ways to recognize team members who go the extra mile, and Nate Adams is one of those teammates! 

As a maintenance specialist at the Reception and Treatment Center (RTC), Adams takes on new duties with a positive attitude, willingly assists other maintenance team members and is known at the facility as an excellent troubleshooter. Adams began his NDCS career in 2015 and has been a member of the Honor Guard for the past six years. 

For his excellent work, Adams was recently selected as a recipient of the Pay it Forward award at RTC. Congratulations and thank you for your commitment to NDCS! #NDCSTeamwork
