Teammates who are part of NDCS special teams don’t do it for the recognition, but there is no doubt that they deserve it. Today, NDCS held its annual Special Teams Awards Ceremony at the Staff Training Academy. The teams are always ready to respond when called, and it was a privilege to take some time and thank these men and women for their commitment and willingness to go the extra mile!

Members of all NDCS special teams were present. This includes: the Corrections Emergency Response Team (CERT), Special Operations Response Team (SORT), Crisis Negotiator Team (CNT), Staff Empowerment and Resiliency/Victim Education and Support (SERVES) and the Honor/Color Guard.
