June 6, 2024 (Lincoln, Neb.) – An inmate who went missing from the Community Corrections Center – Lincoln (CCC-L) has been arrested. Kyle Pullen #212695 was taken into custody on June 5, 2024, by the Lincoln Police Department and booked into the Lancaster County Jail.

Pullen disappeared on March 31, 2024, when he failed to return to CCC-L from his place of employment. He started his sentence on January 29, 2021. He was sentenced to five to eight years for possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person out of Douglas County.

CCC-L is one of two community custody facilities operated by NDCS. Community custody is the lowest custody level and the least restrictive facility. Inmates are allowed to participate in work opportunities, attend school and religious services with prior approval and without direct supervision.
