Dr. Sarah Hoff has made an incredible impact in the time she has been part of the Crisis Negotiation Team (CNT). For her outstanding efforts, she received the agency’s Special Teams Member Award at the NDCS annual awards ceremony.

Her impeccable organizational and communications skills shine through her leadership roles on CNT, as well as her day-to-day duties as deputy warden at the Omaha Correctional Center.
