A big congratulations to these men for graduating from the Thinking for a Change (T4C) program at the Nebraska State Penitentiary this summer. Developed by the National Institute of Corrections, T4C is designed to help participants develop social and problem-solving skills — skills that will allow them to react to situations in positive ways, rather than making bad or destructive choices.
