Inmate missing from community corrections facility March 31, 2024 (Lincoln, Neb.) – Authorities have been notified about an inmate missing from the Community Corrections Center – Lincoln (CCC-L). Kyle Pullen #212695 failed to return to CCC-L from work yesterday.

Pullen started his sentence on January 29, 2021. He was sentenced to five to eight years for possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person out of Douglas County. He has a parole eligibility date of November 21, 2024, and a tentative release date of May 23, 2026. Pullen is a 40-year-old Native American male, 5’ 11”, 150 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts is asked to contact local authorities or the Nebraska State Patrol. CCC-L is one of two community custody facilities operated by NDCS.

Community custody is the lowest custody level and the least restrictive facility. Inmates are allowed to participate in work opportunities, attend school and religious services with prior approval and without direct supervision.
