January 17, 2025 (Lincoln, Neb.) – Authorities have been notified about an inmate missing from the Community Corrections Center – Lincoln (CCC-L). Jordana Kelley-Nelson #393444 left CCC-L without authorization last night.
Kelley-Nelson started her sentence on June 13, 2024. She was sentenced to 15-months for accessory to a felony out of Buffalo County and two years for possession a controlled substance (methamphetamine) out of Adams County. She had a tentative release date of September 25, 2025.
Kelley-Nelson is a 26-year-old white female, 5’ 3”, 170 lbs. with brown hair and green eyes. Anyone with knowledge of her whereabouts is asked to contact local authorities or the Nebraska State Patrol.
CCC-L is one of two community custody facilities operated by NDCS. Community custody is the lowest custody level and the least restrictive facility. Inmates are allowed to participate in work opportunities, attend school and religious services with prior approval and without direct supervision.
