For the first time, NDCS launched the Advanced Leadership Academy, designed for captains, majors, and unit administrators. In this two-day classroom training, these teammates created their own leadership development plan, learned a problem-solving process model, and some even developed plans for their direct reports.

Upon completion of the two-day training, these teammates participated in a six-month mentorship with an NDCS warden, who assisted them in working through the problem-solving model. The training concluded with the participants presenting about their project to the executive leadership team.  #People #AdvancedLeadershipAcademy
